List of Compatible VMs

This list provides insights into various operating systems and their compatibility when setting up a VM for sharing using the methods described in the tutorial.

Microsoft Windows Versions:

• Windows NT 3.51/3.1 and below: Mouse doesn't work, only keyboard.
• Windows 95: Mouse doesn't work even when installing drivers, only keyboard works.
• Windows NT 4.0: Haven't tested drivers yet, but keyboard only works when drivers not installed.
• Windows 98 SE: Mouse works when drivers installed.
• Windows 2000/ME: Haven't tested yet.
• Windows XP and after: Mouse/Keyboard works but may be glitchy without drivers.

Linux Distros:

• Android 86: Mouse and Keyboard works but is laggy.
• Ubuntu and Debian: Mouse and Keyboard works.
• Fedora and Arch: Heard that it works.

Other OSes:

• MacOS: Haven't tested but possibly doesn't work.
• ChromeOS Flex: Haven't tested but possibly yes due to it being Linux-based.
• TempleOS: Haven't tested but possibly the mouse support doesn't work.
